Notes

- Tape flips after d1t08 and d2t04, likely on the original recording. The tapes
as I received them had a flip after d2t06 but there was enough overlap to
stitch it back together seamlessly.
- Tick removed at 3:50 of d2t07.
- Mics were likely body-mounted (Sonic Studios?) due to audible crowd
conversations and occasional bumping.
